The FirstBank Management Associate Program (FMAP) is offering an opportunity for young graduates in Nigeria to apply for their Management Associate Programme. Eligibility
To be eligible for the FirstBank Management Associate Program (FMAP) – Francophone, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Proficiency in the English language at a business level.
  • Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Possession of a post-graduate degree (minimum of a Master’s degree) from a reputable
  • university or relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, ABAF, CFCP, CNCC, FIDEF, IFEC, OEC, and CSOEC.
  • Work experience of up to 3 years in a structured organization, preferably in financial services or management consulting.
  • Age not exceeding 32 years.
